I have chosen 16 as the minimum age for being considered adult enough to participate in the forums.

In Canada where I live, and where this forum's hosting and server lives, it is legal at 16 to live on one's own, consent to sex, work full-time, pay taxes and bills, and drive a car.

I figure that at age 16, one is also old enough to participate in frank discussions of the marijuana/hemp plant.
